WHAT IS THE SUMMER SHRED?
It is a simple program that I stumbled on and the results that my clients have been getting are spectacular. For 21 days, or three weeks, you do 3-5 high intensity workouts (don’t worry, we modify them so that they will work no matter your fitness level) per week and follow some loose, but very effective eating guidelines. That’s it. Come and have fun working out with us 3-5 times a week and follow our not very restrictive eating guidelines and you could lose between 8-12 pounds and up to two pants sizes.
Oh, and I haven’t even told you the best part yet. I haven’t told Jimmy yet (he might kill me!), but we are going to discount the program to $67. I don’t want money to be the thing that keeps you from getting into shape. Heck, if you want to bring a friend, you can split the cost – that’s two people for $33.50 each.
